The Brief

Extole, a leading C2C social marketing platform, sought to create an engaging piece of business collateral titled "The Ultimate Guide to Referral Marketing Programs." The client requested a fun, approachable, and easily digestible digital communication that would promote best practices for social referral marketing. The challenge was to distill complex technology concepts into an accessible format using graphic language, including diagrams, icons, charts, and illustrations, while adhering to Extole's brand guidelines and emphasizing the power of brand voice amplification.

The Solution

We crafted a dynamic 30-page interactive booklet that effectively communicated Extole's message through compelling data visualization and engaging graphics. The design incorporated sharable statistics highlighted by interactive Twitter icons, demonstrating the potential of social sharing. The resulting piece successfully translated complex concepts into an easily understandable format, aligning with Extole's brand identity. The project's success led to additional design collaborations, including a microsite for Extole's Social Advocacy Summit and branded merchandise, further extending the client's reach.
