Develop a brand and packaging design for a new hand-crafted, organic, vegan cheese that sets the gold standard for cultured plant-based cheese in the US and Europe. The goal is to create a product that facilitates the shift towards a more humane and environmentally food choices. The brand should embody the ritual and social aspects of cheese consumption, positioning it as a premium, artisanal product that consumers would be proud to share at gatherings. The design must stand out from competitors by promising a true culinary experience and reflecting values of craftsmanship and consciousness.
We created a brand identity and packaging that beautifully captured the artisanal nature of the product, with a nod to nostalgia, while emphasizing its plant-based origins through clear typography. The final design, applied across 10 flavors, seamlessly blended European and Americana aesthetics, echoing the care and craftsmanship put into the product itself. The enchanting package invites consumers to explore and share the cheese as part of a joyous, communal experience. By embodying the brand's core values of authenticity, creativity, and compassion, the design successfully positions the product as a premium, consciously-crafted alternative that doesn't compromise on taste or tradition.
